Course outline

Learn to apply technology and contemporary business practices to manage agricultural enterprises. Graduates of this program are leaders of local, national or multinational organisations that feed and clothe the world, and integrate the latest concepts in marketing, human resource management, finance and operations. In collaboration with industry, students learn from internationally recognised experts and gain the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge of farming, agricultural sustainability, food security, crop production, livestock and horticulture. They learn to manage logistics, human resources and marketing. Students take part in site visits, case studies and research projects, and undertake a major group project with an agribusiness company in their final year of the program. They enhance their problem-solving, management and communication skills while developing their professional networks.
